Zeer nauwkeurig, ja zelfs de tijd van zijn overlijden wordt vermeld! Voor de kantlijn staat opgetekend: 1665 GERARDUS THEODORI OBIJT (Gerardus Theodorus = Gerrit Dirks = overleden). En vervolgens: Anno Christi 1665, Den ii io-bris (11 december) is de S. "Genemuiden, 18 September 1666. Barbara Everts, weduwe van wijlen Gerrit Dircks, in leven Brugemeester van Genemuiden, bewijst haar twee kinderen hun vaderlijk goed. Zij gaat hertrouwen met Henric Jans Pater. De namen der kinderen zijn Dirck Gerrits (Vollenhooven) en Martinus Gerrits (Vollenhooven).
Op 19 November 1684 is Dirck Gerrits voldaan en op 12 April 1687 bedankt Martinus Gerrits de mombaren voor hun goede beheer der erfenis. Dirck bedankt ook zijn schoonvader (bedoeld is hier zijn stiefvader) Henric Jans Pater. (de tweede man van zijn moeder, Barbara Everts)."7H.W.
